Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in tendering and bidding processes within the construction industry, with a preference for experience in Gulf countries, particularly Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and winning large-scale construction tenders and bids.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian construction market, regulations, and tendering procedures.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tender submissions concurrently.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Experience in leading a tendering team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring as needed.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tendering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
Responsiblities:
- Study the tender documents for the project
- Arrange the overall strategy for the project’s study
- Define the indirect cost parameters and values
- Define the projects’ risks and opportunities
- Revise the tender prices
- Coordinate with several teams for the pricing process
- Revise the technical and commercial proposal
- Ensure the aligning with the tender requirements
- Submitting prequalification documents and diligently following up for successful outcomes
