Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QAQC Engineer in the construction industry, with a strong preference for experience in Gulf countries, particularly Saudi Arabia.
- In-depth knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes on construction projects.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, inspection techniques, and testing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update the quality document templates and standards for the use in project.
- Follow the projects’ quality statistics on a daily basis.
- Support the quality teams to match the projects’ requirements and expectations.
- Define and update the company’s internal quality standard to be followed globally over all projects.
- Prepare, update and maintain the lessons learnt register.
