Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior internship or co-op experience in construction or engineering is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
Responsiblities:
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Utilize project management software and tools to create and maintain project schedules, including critical path analysis and resource leveling.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or deviations from the schedule.
- Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and optimize project performance.
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project control procedures and processes.
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and deadlines are achieved.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in planning and project management.
