Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Advanced degree or certification in Quality Management is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Extensive knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) on large-scale construction projects.
- Experience in leading quality audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team of quality professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the company’s quality system.
- Audit and follow the quality checks and reviews.
- Arrange the quality review process over all levels.
- Maintain the company’s quality policy objectives for all disciplines and projects.
- Reply to the quality questionnaires and prequalification documents.
