Fostering Community: SHAR Constructs Housing for the Armed Forces in Tabuk
In partnership with the Ministry of Defense, SHAR undertakes the significant “Construction Of Housing for the Armed Forces in the northwestern region of Tabuk” project. This endeavor reflects our commitment to serving those who serve our nation and creating thriving communities in Tabuk.
Project Overview
Spanning the vast expanse of the Tabuk region, the project entails:
- Establishment of an integrated residential city for the armed forces, comprising 72 residential buildings with a total of 1,008 family apartments.
- Construction of buildings assembled for single individuals, encompassing 120 housing units with essential service facilities, including mosques, service buildings, and utility stations.
- Development of comprehensive infrastructure, including roads, water, sewage, and electricity facilities, across an area exceeding 1 million square meters of green space, roads, and parks.
- Creation of five coastal chalets in the city of Sharma, equipped with all necessary facilities and services to provide a recreational outlet for residents.
